Since joining Reminger Co., L.P.A. as a law clerk in 1992, Tom Wolf’s practice has encompassed a diverse range of practice areas. He has been involved in representing numerous national companies in commercial premises liability cases, including professional sports teams and their venues. He prevailed on an issue of first impression before the 8th District Court of Appeals concerning liability for sporting events in the case of Rees v. Cleveland Indians. For the past several years, Tom has represented manufacturers, suppliers and middlemen in toxic tort litigation, including the representation of asbestos, silica and benzene defendants in cases in various courts in northern Ohio. In addition, Tom’s practice extends beyond the state lines of Ohio, and includes representation of defendants in intentional tort and wrongful death cases in the State of West Virginia. He is also licensed in the State of Tennessee.

However, Tom’s practice goes beyond the law. He is also involved in community activities, including chairing a fund raiser for the MetroHealth Cancer Care Center for two years, participating in Habitat for Humanity projects, as well as other volunteer activities through the local bar associations.
